Government of Canada Protects Families With Bisphenol A Regulations

The prohibition of polycarbonate baby bottles that contain bisphenol A came into force on March 11, 2010, and was published in Canada Gazette Part II on March 31, 2010.
Part I of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act was amended to include polycarbonate baby bottles that contain bisphenol A, thus prohibiting the advertisement, sale and importation in Canada of these products.
